America is Dead, Let's All Move to Canada

Oh the HORROR!

Clearly distraught over the Affordable Care Act being upheld, many right-wingers are suffering a melt-down. As they flap their arms up and down wildly  sqawking " America is doomed!", many are threatening to move to Canada, a country they believe is a capitalist utopia, where true freedom rings, no one pays taxes, and handguns are given away with every fill-up.

Twitter was abuzz with just how quickly fake patriotism evaporates when conservatives don't get their way. Here are few examples of Obama Derangement Syndrome in action:

"I'm moving to Canada. Obviously the United States doesn't know what they are doing anymore. This used to be a great country...Pretty sad."

"I'm moving to Canada, the United States is entirely too socialist."

"The supreme court upheld Obamacare. That's it. I'm moving to Canada!"

"God literally f**k this. I'm moving to Canada. Jump off a cliff Obama!"

"I'm done with this bullshit, I'm moving to Canada."

"America is dead. I'm selling everything and moving to Canada!"

Maybe some of these people threatening to move to Canada to avoid socialized medicine, should learn to use 'the google' before they rent that U-Haul to relocate. They might just find out that Canada has enough crack-pots of it's own and doesn't need our surplus.

Others, on the other-hand have declared America D.O.A.

" My country died today."

" America has been on life support for years - today they pulled the plug."

" We are doomed as a country.This entire system and economy must crash and burn. And a lot of pain must ensue. It is in the cards. It MUST happen. Cannot be avoided. So let Obama have his way. Let the democrats get their Obamacare. F**k the supreme court. Ain’t they the ones who made it legal to kill babies? F**k them. They are good for nothing and will all burn in a firey hell. Except for maybe Clarence Thomas."

The future is bleak

Some are even clairvoyant:

"This is how it’s gonna go down: Small businesses will start to either go out of business or contract (further). They will not be able to afford the healthcare benefits they current pay, plus the other taxes/penalties/regulations these insane morons in DC can now mandate.Their employees are let go or their hours are reduced. Nobody is paying any taxes whatsoever, no revenues are coming into DC.
The consumer driven economy, which is 70% of GDP, continues to contract. This puts further strain on small business and the wave of small business closures accelerates.Of course, the sick and disabled die waiting for an appointment as fully 50% of the docs and hospital will be gone, but that was also the plan for these “useless eaters”.

"The fiscal situation of the country continues to deteriorate. The fed.gov reacts in the only way it knows how: continue taxing/fining/regulating.The newly empowered IRS starts confiscating the private property of citizens too impoverished to purchase the services mandated by the fed.gov, citizens who also cannot afford to pay the taxes for being uable to comply in the first place!!
Somebody gets real mad. Cement trucks full of fertilizer start exploding in front of government buildings.Martial law ensues. At least for a little while, until the cash finally runs out or the 100 million gunowners declare war on the parasites, and take the country back."

" We will have to remove these traitors by force to re-establish a lawful government. In short, we are either going to have to have a junta, or an all-out Civil War. I strongly advocate a junta at this point. A junta would be far, the least bloody solution. Sadly, there are no men of integrity left in the flag officer corps to do it - the US military is poulated by vile, power hungery, money grubbing Marxist degenerates just as much as the three branches."

"Once fully enacted, doctors offices will likely resmble the waiting areas of your local DMV.This will be the death of *greatest health care system in the world"

Some offer solutions, while others show their true patriotsm;

" I don't give a single frickin crap anymore. I have decided to to quit voting, quit working hard, and start sucking as much free stuff from the government trough as I can get my hands on until the collpse."

" I'm raising a black flag on the Fourth of July... The American flag is dead, and I'm done caring about this country anymore."

And finally, this rant from Mississippi's own tea party;

When a gang of criminals subvert legitimate government offices and seize all power to themselves without the real consent of the governed their every act and edict is of itself illegal and is outside the bounds of the Rule of Law. In such cases submission is treason. Treason against the Constitution and the valid legitimate government of the nation to which we have pledged our allegiance for years. To resist by all means that are right in the eyes of God is not rebellion or insurrection, it is patriotic resistance to invasion.

May all of us fall on our faces before the Heavenly Judge, repent of our sins, and humbly cry out to Him for mercy on our country. And, may godly courageous leaders rise up in His wisdom and power to lead us in displacing the criminal invaders from their seats and restore our constitutional republic.

With so much back-ass-ward logic coming to light, you'd think the Republican Platform wouldn't need to include this in their plan for America concerning educating children.

We oppose the teaching of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) (values clarification), critical thinking skills and similar programs that are simply a relabeling of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) (mastery learning) which focus on behavior modification and have the purpose of challenging the student's fixed beliefs and undermining parental authority.

In short, the Republican dream of a dumb America is already in play. For those readers unable to understand the above exerpt from the Republican Platform, Here's the easy version:

Educayshun bad - Stoopid good.

Just don't think about it too hard - it might give you a brain tumor, and since you don't want health insurance, the doctor might tell you to take a vacation and spend your final days enjoying yourself, since there is nothing he can do.

Maybe a vacation in Canada will cheer you up, I hear the weather's great down up....over there.

Great surfing weather, and the hula girls are real pretty too.
